The conveyor line, made from high-quality stainless steel, ensures smooth and uninterrupted transport of pastry molds. It includes automated loading of molds, precise control over their movement, and adapts easily to different types and sizes of products. The system is fully automated using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and integrates various sensors to monitor and control the process. After baking, pastries are picked from the molds by vacuum cups and placed onto the blue conveyor belt for cooling or further processing. The green belt then elevates the baked products to the cooling section, while empty molds are collected for reuse. A control panel with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) is provided to control the entire operation easily.
